The pool audit
£2,500, one-off. A written answer to whether Klaviyo moved you, built from your own DMARC reports, delivered inside a week of the first one arriving.
Read the deliverable before you pay
The sample report is the exact document, built on a real sender from our public panel. Every figure in it is real. Where a paid audit draws on your DMARC reports instead of our sample, the margin says so.
What happens when you order
- You email us. hello@ipneighbors.com with your domain. Same-day reply: an invoice, and one DNS record.
- One DNS edit, about two minutes. Your DMARC record gains a second reporting address. Nothing about your sending changes and your existing reports keep going wherever they go today. Aggregate reports carry per-address delivery counts, never message content and never subscriber data.
- Reports accumulate, days one to seven. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft each send a report a day naming every address that carried your mail. Klaviyo rotates addresses per send, so a normal week of campaigns enumerates the whole pool. We join that against 29 months of panel history: who else sits on each address, and when your set last changed.
- The report, inside the week. The complete address table, your neighbors named, dated moves if there were any, and a written verdict you can put in front of a CMO or into a Klaviyo support ticket. Delivered as a document you keep. Questions afterwards are answered by email, by a person; there is one of us.
What the document contains
- Every address that carried your mail, complete from your DMARC reports rather than sampled. Typically ten to thirty; Klaviyo shows you none of them.
- Every other company we have observed on those addresses, named, with how much of your pool each one occupies.
- The dates Klaviyo moved you, if it did, and what you sent in the fortnight before each move, lined up from your own campaign log.
- A written verdict: what changed, what most plausibly caused it, what to fix first, and what not to spend money on.
Who it is for, and who should keep their money
Klaviyo senders past roughly 300,000 emails a month, where a fortnight spent re-segmenting the wrong thing costs more than the audit does. Below that volume the free lookup and your own headers answer most of it, and you should use those instead.
Agencies running several brands can have this continuously rather than once: same document, refreshed, with the cross-brand overlap view. Ask, and we quote against how many domains you run.
What it cannot do
It cannot tell you whether your neighbors’ inbox placement moved when yours did. That needs several senders in the same pool reporting at once, and today we do not have them. When we can answer it we will say so; until then we would rather write this sentence than guess.
It also cannot move you. Klaviyo requires roughly a million marketing emails a month plus an enterprise plan before a dedicated IP is on the table, so for almost everyone the pool is not a choice. What changes is that you stop paying for the wrong fix.
Order the audit
One email starts it. Include your domain and a rough monthly volume; you will have the invoice and the DNS record the same day, and the report inside a week of your first DMARC report arriving.
